Multi Skilled Engineer- Plumbing bias needed in Camden Paying £20.96 per hr ref OR25598
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out plumbing maintenance, repairs, fault finding, and installations.
- Undertake general building maintenance tasks including basic carpentry, painting, decorating, tiling, and minor electrical works.
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing and mechanical faults efficiently.
- Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities.
- Repair and replace pipework, sanitary ware, pumps, valves, and associated plumbing systems.
- Respond to emergency call-outs and urgent maintenance requests.
- Complete work in accordance with relevant legislation, health and safety requirements, and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed using handheld devices or maintenance management systems.
- Liaise professionally with clients, contractors, and building occupants.
- Identify opportunities for improving building performance and reducing maintenance costs.
- Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are used safely and effectively.
