Student Administration Officer
The Student Administration Officer will play a key role in ensuring the efficient delivery of administrative services to support students in their academic journey. This position in the Not For Profit sector requires excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail to manage student records and processes effectively.

Description
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and databases.
- Coordinate student enrolment, registration, and course administration processes.
- Provide clear and timely communication to students regarding policies, deadlines, and requirements.
- Support the preparation and distribution of course materials and schedules.
- Assist in the organisation of events, such as inductions and graduation ceremonies.
- Respond to student queries and provide guidance on administrative matters.
- Work closely with academic and support staff to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Generate reports and analyse data to support decision-making and improve processes.
Profile
A successful Student Administration Officer should have:
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably within the education or Not For Profit sector.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using office software, including spreadsheets and databases.
- Experience of EBS, HESA returns and Canvas would be beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
