Qualifications: Strong literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent in English and Mathematics). A relevant qualification in business administration or senior office practice is desirable.
Experience: Proven administrative experience in a senior administrative or office leadership role, ideally within a school, educational setting, or busy public sector organization.
Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, clear interpersonal communication skills, and high proficiency in ICT and school database software.
