Head Waiter - 3 Michelin Star Restaurant
We are delighted to be partnering with one of London’s most celebrated restaurants as they search for a talented Head Waiter to join their exceptional front-of-house team. Holding 3 Michelin Stars, this acclaimed restaurant has built an international reputation for delivering refined, ingredient-led cuisine alongside warm, personalised service. With a strong focus on outstanding produce, attention to detail and creating memorable guest experiences, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your career within one of the UK’s finest dining destinations.
Responsibilities
- Delivering polished, attentive and personalised service throughout every guest’s dining experience. Building genuine rapport with guests while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. Working closely with the kitchen and wider front-of-house team to ensure seamless service. Confidently presenting dishes and beverages with excellent product knowledge. Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team.
Requirements
- Has previous experience within Michelin-starred or luxury fine dining restaurants. Is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality. Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. Has outstanding communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude. Takes pride in delivering consistently memorable guest experiences.
Benefits
- £40,000 per annum package. Paid overtime – hourly pay. 55-hour contract, working 5 days per week. Ongoing training and development. The opportunity to work within one of the UK’s most prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants.
