We’re looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 and small-group support , helping students develop confidence, communication, and independence.
Role Highlights:
- Support students’ academic and emotional progress
- Implement behaviour management and learning strategies
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in SEN, youth work, or education support
- Patient, empathetic, and resilient
- Graduate in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
