The Role
As Head of Recruitment and Partnerships, you will lead and develop a high-performing sales and recruitment team, driving business growth across Skills Bootcamps and permanent recruitment services.
You’ll take ownership of partnership strategy, build strong employer relationships, and ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds KPIs. Your leadership will foster a culture of accountability, high performance, and client-centric delivery.
This role is suited to an ambitious leader with proven experience managing sales teams in the apprenticeships, Skills Bootcamps or the recruitment sector, who combines a strategic outlook with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and inspire the Recruitment & Partnerships team to exceed Skills Bootcamps and recruitment targets.
Drive new business development with employers across the Digital & IT sector.
Design and implement effective sales processes, tools, and strategies.
Oversee recruitment of learners into funded training programmes and progression into apprenticeships/employment.
Represent the organisation at employer meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
Work collaboratively with marketing, training, and operational teams to align strategy and delivery.
Actively manage key accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and achievement of personal revenue targets.
Contribute to leadership meetings and wider business projects.Candidate Profile
Essential Skills & Experience Proven track record in leading and managing sales teams within apprenticeships, training, or recruitment.
Strong knowledge of employer engagement and workforce development.
Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship management skills.
Commercially driven, with experience of achieving and exceeding ambitious sales and revenue targets.
Highly organised, adaptable, and able to lead through change.Personal Attributes Inspirational leadership style with the ability to motivate high performance.
