We're now looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our clients operations. This is a pivotal role in ensuring services are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard. You'll be at the heart of their growth journey - shaping processes, supporting people, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Job Scheduling & Coordination - Plan and assign daily and weekly jobs, balance resources across teams, and optimise routes to ensure timely service.
• Fleet & Asset Management - Oversee vehicle upkeep, compliance, and servicing, while ensuring equipment and tools are ready and available.
• Inventory & Stock Control - Monitor materials and supplies, forecast needs, and liaise with suppliers to maintain stock levels.
• Team Leadership & Onboarding - Support recruitment, training, and onboarding of staff, ensure compliance with health & safety standards, and motivate teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Process & Performance Management - Track KPIs, monitor efficiency, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions.

About You

• Proven experience in operations, logistics, or service delivery (removals/transport background an advantage).
• Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong team ethos.
• Practical problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Confident using scheduling and fleet management systems.
