SENCO - Outstanding School in Tower Hamlets
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate SENCO to join our highly inclusive and supportive Primary School in Tower Hamlets. This is a permanent role starting January 2026, offering the chance to lead and shape the school’s SEND provision.

- Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (dependent on experience)
- Suitable for: Experienced or Early Career Teachers (ECTs welcome)
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated SENCO, committed to supporting pupils with additional needs. As a SENCO, you will lead the SEND provision across the school, ensuring all pupils achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will take on the responsibilities of a SENCO, working closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to deliver tailored support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate SEND provision as a SENCO
- Support teachers in delivering inclusive lessons for all pupils
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment as a SENCO
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals
- Contribute to the school’s ethos of high expectations and achievement
