Amazon Account Specialist- Reebok
People Marketing has partnered with Reebok, which is looking to grow its Amazon presence, whilst nurturing existing relationships with the E-Tailer platform.
The Amazon Account Specialist will control how the brand looks online, this will include being responsible for imagery, writing copy, etc., and working alongside a creative marketing agency who will implement campaigns to enhance the brand's new product launches and offers. The Amazon Account Specialist will link heavily with sales operations to ensure orders are processed and fulfilled.
Amazon Account Specialist: The Role:
- Manage and maintain the full product catalogue through Vendor Central, ensuring accurate content correct categorisation, and compliance with Amazon’s requirements.
- Optimise listings including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and imagery for both new and existing products to improve discoverability and conversion rates.
- Work closely with Customer Operations to ensure smooth order flow, assisting with operational issues if required.
- Lead the strategy, development, and ongoing optimisation of the Brand Store, delivering cohesive seasonal updates and ensuring consistent brand presentation.
- Monitor sales, stock levels, availability, and overall account health. Identify issues or blockers and collaborate with both internal and external teams to resolve them promptly.
- Partner with the Advertising Agency to develop and implement advertising campaigns and track performance, ensuring activity is aligned with Brand goals.
- Produce weekly performance reports highlighting key metrics. Provide actionable insights that support growth, efficiency and strategic decision making.
- Primary KPIs - Improve % of catalogue readiness/ Increase conversion rate/ Drive top line sales growth
Amazon Account Manager: The Person:
- Experience managing an Amazon account
- Hungry to drive online sales and growth
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate across teams and external stakeholders.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within a 1P Vendor Central environment is a plus
