Are you an experienced and proactive SENDCo ready to make an immediate impact?

A well-organised, high-performing 4-form entry primary school in Redbridge is seeking an exceptional SENDCo to cover a maternity leave.

School has parking but public transport links are excellent.

The Headteacher is looking for someone who can hit the ground running-a SEND professional confident with annual reviews, knowledgeable about current SEND legislation, and capable of modelling outstanding inclusion practice across the school.

About the Role

Full-time SENDCo position with one day per week in the classroom

Lead and coordinate high-quality SEND provision across a large, well-structured school

Manage annual reviews smoothly and efficiently

Support teachers and support staff through coaching and modelling best practice

Work within a supportive leadership team in a school known for its excellent organisation

Competitive salary paid according to experience

About You

An experienced SENDCo (with NASENCo or equivalent experience)

Confident leading on annual reviews and statutory SEND responsibilities

Skilled in supporting and developing staff practice

Able to start before Christmas, though January start will also be considered
