Service Administrator
As the Service Administrator, you will:
- Provide administrative support to the repairs manager
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for the department.
- Respond to email and phone enquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist with data entry and ensure information is up to date.
- Handle general office duties to support daily operations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments as require
- Update the CRM system accurately and efficiently
