Nanny

We are a lovely professional couple (NHS Consultant Surgeon and City Worker) looking for a caring, responsible, reliable, and proactive permanent full-time live-out nanny for our daughters currently aged 9 months and 2.5 years old.

The ideal candidate will be an extension of our family and someone who looks after our daughters with the utmost care and attention.
• Fluent English
• Minimum of 5 years early childcare experience
• Level 3 Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is desirable
• Organised and tidy; kind and patient
• Must hold a full a UK driving licence
• A non-smoker / Vaper
• DBS checked
• Paediatric first aid trained
Our nanny will be required to fulfil the following activities:
• Drop-off and pick-up our 2.5 year-old at nursery Monday to Friday – this is a 20 minute drive away. Her hours are TBC, but she will start in September 2026.
• Attend weekly activities/classes with 9-month-old and then 2.5 year old until she goes to nursery in September 2026
• Facilitate fun and developmentally focused activities at home (lovely play room, bedrooms and garden, nearby to multiple parks)
• Prepare fresh and nutritious meals for the children
• Tidy kitchen and toys/activities by the end of each day
• Keep girls’ rooms tidy; wash and put away their clothes
• Identify new activities/experiences for the girls to enjoy with you either individually or together
• Provide updates to us throughout the day

• Permanent full-time role of 50 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
• Start date is mid-May 2026 (can accommodate slightly earlier for the right candidate)

• Located in Finchley, North West London (walking distance from Finchley central underground station and on multiple bus routes). Recently totally renovated, brand new house
• Off-street parking can be provided (NB: you will be required to drive for the job)
We will offer a paid trial period of two days to the selected candidate to give both sides a chance to ensure we have the right dynamic.
