Head Chef

Up to £18.50 per hour | 35 - 40 hours per week | Evenings & weekends required

As Head Chef, you’ll be the driving force behind our kitchen — leading the team, keeping standards sky-high, and running smooth, efficient service every time. You’ll be hands-on, passionate, and ready to bring your own flair to the grill.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily kitchen operations from prep to service.

• Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team to maintain high standards.

• Assign tasks and ensure all staff follow proper procedures.

• Foster a positive, high-energy work environment.

• Handle customer requests, dietary requirements, and feedback professionally.

• Ensure quick, efficient service during busy hours.

• Prepare and cook high-quality burgers and sides to our exacting standards.

• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.

• Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier orders.

• Keep portion sizes, flavours, and presentation consistent and top quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar Head Chef or Kitchen Manager role.

• A deep passion for culinary creativity and quality food!

• Ability to lead a small team in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• A friendly, customer-focused attitude – we love chatting with our guests!

• Must be available to work weekends and evenings.

• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.

• A great attitude and solid work ethic are non-negotiable.
