Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of 15+ clients directly within the professional services sector.
• Driving business development initiatives and building strong client relationships through networking.
• Contributing to the growth of a specialist division in professional services.
• Progressing towards a potential RI Director role, for those ready to take the next step in their career.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Client Management Skills: Proven ability to handle a wide array of client accounts, ensuring a proactive and client-focused approach.
• Business Development: Experience in identifying opportunities and building networks to support the firm's strategic growth.
• Specialist Expertise: Some exposure to professional services clients is preferred, though not essential, to align with the firm's ambitions.
• Leadership: Capability to manage and inspire teams within a fast-paced, modern organizational setting.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified.
