About The Role

We're looking for ambitious and proactive Sales Development Representatives to join our Commercial team. You will be responsible for driving market share across the Nordics and broader Europe, as well as supporting our entry into new strategic markets as we continue to scale.

As an SDR at Two, you’ll be the first point of contact for our future customers – helping them discover the value of Two’s offering and shaping our go-to-market success. You’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, booking discovery calls, and collaborating closely with our Sales Managers and Chief Commercial Officer to build strong regional pipelines.

Location:

This role is based in our office hubs in Oslo, Stockholm, or London, or fully remote from Helsinki.

What You’ll Do
  • Prospect and engage potential customers via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Sales Managers
  • Build a deep understanding of Two’s products, customer segments, and value propositions
  • Collaborate with the wider commercial team on outreach strategy and enablement content
  • Conduct market research to better identify and qualify target industries, verticals, and buyers
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in our CRM

Recruitment Process

Our interview process is structured, fair, and designed to help you showcase your strengths.

  • Introductory Call (30 min) - An introductory conversation with someone from the Talent team to assess role fit and motivation
  • Case Study / Task Interview (1 hr) - Case study/task Interview with a Interview Panel to demonstrate your practical skills related to the role
  • Final Interview (30–45 min) - Final conversation to explore mutual fit and cultural alignment

We aim to move quickly - most candidates complete the process within 3–4 weeks.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles – ideally in fintech, SaaS, or B2B e-commerce
  • Demonstrated track record of high performance, in professional or personal life
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, or related fields
  • Ability to handle rejection, and maintain energy through high activity levels
  • Clear and structured verbal and written communication
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
  • Native-level fluency in Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian or English (depending on your location) – English is our business language
