We are looking to recruit an Assistant Portfolio Manager on a permanent basis. Reporting to thePortfolioand LettingsManager, you will play a key role in managing thedelivery of all property management services within the business area for London Clients.
You willbe responsible forcarrying out site inspections to ensure our properties aremaintainedata high level, your role will require you to manage the repairs and maintenance issues reported to the team and ensure they are resolvedinatimelymanner.
You willassistwith the management of operational and financial performance of a residential property portfolio(s) throughmanaging expenditure& rent collection,managing works and repairs to helpminimisevoidperiodsandensuring maximum efficiency and tenant satisfaction. In addition, you willmaintainregular dialogue with the client to ensure their expectations are being met.
This role is site based 3-4 days a weekcovering all of London.

The ideal candidate will have a background within Property and Property Management. Experience of repairs and maintenance in addition to contract / works management is alsodesired.
