Teacher of Drama | Islington Secondary School | ASAP Start
We are seeking an enthusiastic Drama Teacher for a high-performing secondary school in Islington. This full-time, permanent role starts ASAP and offers a brilliant opportunity for a creative teacher to join a successful Performing Arts department. You will have the ability to inspire, enthuse, and encourage students to find their voice, leading to academic excellence and increased confidence through a challenging curriculum.

Responsibilities
Deliver high-calibre Drama lessons that challenge and stretch students across KS3 and KS4
Oversee school productions and drama clubs to enhance the school’s creative life
Support students in achieving outstanding results in GCSE Drama
Use creative methods to help students reach their highest potential in performance and theory
Collaborate with a department of specialist teachers to maintain an inclusive environment
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Drama/Performing Arts and QTS
Proven ability to manage a rehearsal space with professional conduct
Must have the right to work in the UK
Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: £36,745 to £56,959 (Inner London)
Full-time, permanent position with supportive leadership
