Garment Technologist - Childrenswear Supplier
Fashion Personnel has a new opportunity for a garment technologist to join this childrenswear supplier on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Technical Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with Account Managers and Designers, playing a key role in ensuring all products meet customer and European safety standards.
What the Garment Technologist will do:
- Manage the fit process from initial samples through to production
- Ensuring all garments meet required standards.
- Arrange and lead fit sessions with customers, both virtually and in person,
- Maintaining accurate records and critical paths.
- Working collaboratively with factories, providing clear, consistent communication to ensure all technical comments are understood and implemented.
What Fashion Personnel is looking for:
- Strong technical knowledge in childrenswear
- Excellent communication skills,
- A proactive approach to managing timelines and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
