The Company:
Our client is an established and growing wellness brand with multiple studio locations across London, offering a premium customer experience focused on movement, recovery, and wellbeing.
With a strong community-led approach and an ambitious growth journey ahead, the business is investing heavily in organic marketing, customer engagement and innovative content strategies. The environment is collaborative, entrepreneurial and ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the action and making a visible impact.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure messaging consistency across all channels
Community Marketing + Activations:
Plan and deliver local marketing activations across studio locations
Support studio teams with promotional activity, communications, and marketing materials

Act as a key marketing contact for studio managers and frontline teams
Campaign + Brand Support:
Assist with the execution of wider marketing campaigns and promotions
Coordinate marketing collateral, studio signage, and printed materials
Support internal engagement initiatives and encourage team participation in content creation
Stay informed on wellness and fitness industry trends to identify new opportunities and ideas
This role will suit someone who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on - equally comfortable planning campaigns and filming content on-site.
