Administration Specialist – Fairs & Events
ExCeL London
Monday -Friday (37.5 hours per week)
DSV are recruiting for an Administration Specialist to work with our Fairs & Events team based at ExCeL London. This role will provide support to our operations and business development teams. It may also include travelling to some events to support the teams directly.
What will you be doing?• Day to day responsibility for general administrative duties including:-• Order processing including invoicing, cost allocation plus assistance with card payments / credit control
• Sales administration & service marketing
• Assistance with office management
• Work on-site at some events to support the operations team with administration duties (direct customer facing) About You • Previous experience of working in a Customer Service role is essential
• Possess an understanding of warehouse and logistic operations - essential
• You must be a committed player with a proven ability to provide an enhanced service to customers
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
• Good attention to detail and effective problem solving
• IT Literate in Microsoft Office
