Senior People /Staffing Operations Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced operations professional with a strong background in recruiting, onboarding, training and managing large teams of casual hospitality event staff for high-profile festivals, concerts and large-scale events.
This hands-on role will involve managing two full-time direct reports and being fully present onsite throughout events, ensuring all areas are appropriately staffed, breaks are managed effectively and teams consistently deliver exceptional customer service standards.
The business prides itself on having a hardworking, passionate and collaborative culture where everyone, including senior leadership is actively involved in the day-to-day operation. They are therefore looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being onsite at events and leading from the front.
This is a full-time role based in a Central London office 5 days a week (some flexibility past probation to work from home) and of course attendance at events during peak season May - September is expected.
The salary on offer is £40-45,000 DOE with an annual performance related bonus and an excellent benefits package. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fabulous team who are growing from strength to strength each year and are looking for someone to start ASAP!
