Forward Deployed Pioneer AI Talent Accelerator (Hiring Immediately)

SilverTree's AI Talent Accelerator is seeking high-calibre graduates and early-career professionals to join their new team of Forward Deployed Pioneers (FDPs).

FDPs will be embedded at executive level inside our portfolio companies, with the mandate and mentorship to create real operational impact from day one.

Programme: Built Upon a Dual Structure

FDPs will develop both operational capability and strategic thinking through a dual structure:

• Gain senior exposure working closely with leading operators and the executive team at a portfolio company
• Work from inside the SilverTree office and receive mentorship from the SilverTree Amplify team , our central AI hub responsible for capability building across the fund and portfolio

Goal: Measurable P&L Impact from Day One

FDPs will be trained to bring an AI-native mindset into every business challenge and develop:

• Daily fluency with tools such as Claude Code (we'll teach you!), N8N, Perplexity, and other emerging models
• An ability to ship working automations and prototypes using AI-assisted coding platforms
• A knack for spotting AI opportunities that unlock real leverage and ROI

The Amplify team has already delivered 7-figures in topline growth impact, and they're ready to mentor incoming FDPs to scale that success.

Role: AI-driven Value Creation

FDPs will be empowered to create and deliver actual ROI for portfolio companies, not just prove hypothetical MVPs. FDPs will:

• Map processes and identify AI-enabled growth levers
• Sit at the cutting edge of AI tooling and roll out impactful updates
• Work with CEOs/CTOs to build out new product roadmaps

FDPs will be set on a steep growth trajectory. Our goal is to empower and guide FDPs to learn as much in the first three months on the programme as they would in their first few years at a traditional firm.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of leading AI tools including Claude Code, N8N, and Perplexity (not expert-level, we can coach you)
• Ability to build working automations and internal tools using AI-assisted coding platforms
• Comfort with prompt engineering and agentic workflows
• Familiarity with the evolving AI landscape and emerging models

Commercial Skills

• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to translate between technical concepts and business priorities
• Confidence working with and presenting to senior stakeholders
• Sharp instinct for identifying where AI can unlock operational leverage
• Commercially minded with an awareness of P&L impact
