We are looking for a professional and personable Receptionist to join our Head Office team in Canning Town. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients and colleagues, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering excellent service and wants to be part of a successful employee-owned business.
What You'll Be Doing
Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and colleagues, creating a welcoming and professional environment.
Managing incoming telephone calls and enquiries, ensuring they are handled efficiently and courteously.
Coordinating visitor sign-ins, security passes and reception records.
Receiving and distributing post, deliveries and courier items across the business.
Supporting the smooth operation of the Head Office through meeting room bookings and administrative assistance.
Maintaining accurate logs and records in line with company procedures.
Keeping the reception area organised, professional and well-presented.
Building positive relationships with colleagues, visitors and external stakeholders while delivering exceptional customer service.
What You'll Need
Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house or administrative support role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional manner.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a variety of tasks in a busy environment.
A customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering a great experience.
Good attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Confidence using Microsoft Office and general office systems.
A proactive, reliable attitude and the willingness to support the wider team.
The ability to remain calm, organised and professional when managing multiple priorities
