Internal Sales Executive

Salary: Negotiable

Hours: Monday – Friday 7am – 5pm | Alt Saturdays 6.30am – 3.30pm

About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Internal Sales Executive to join a Plumbing and Heating team in Tottenham. You will manage inbound enquiries, support trade and commercial customers, and convert leads into orders through your plumbing and heating expertise and tailored solutions.

You will also focus on winning new business, growing existing accounts, and managing a strong sales pipeline to achieve targets. Building relationships, re-engaging lapsed customers, and identifying new opportunities will be key.

Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure smooth order processing while keeping accurate records and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Win new business and grow existing accounts

· Manage and convert a strong sales pipeline to hit targets

· Handle enquiries and provide expert product advice

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships

· Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up effectively

· Re-engage lapsed customers and identify new opportunities

· Keep CRM records accurate and up to date

· Manage multiple orders and customer projects

· Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery

· Support promotions and share market feedback

· Share market insights, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement

Requirements:

· Strong plumbing and heating knowledge

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

· Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and projects

· Customer-focused with strong commercial awareness
