Executive Assistant (UK) - Senior EA & Project Manager
Salary: £50,000-£65,000 Looking for a role where no two days are the same? We're seeking a proactive, high-calibre Executive Assistant & Project Manager to support our CEO and senior leadership in London. You'll be the operational and communications hub, keeping cross-functional projects on track, managing VIP client interactions, and ensuring everything runs smoothly across the business. What you'll do: Own complex, multi-time-zone diaries and drive agendas, packs, minutes, and follow-ups. Translate leadership priorities into clear projects with timelines, owners, and success metrics. Keep teams aligned (Sales, Design, Ops, Marketing, Finance) and surface risks early. Manage VIP client communications via social channels and co-ordinate gifting. Organize travel, meetings, and smooth office operations. Maintain project boards, templates, SOPs, and structured digital filing. Assist with receipts/expenses and light finance admin. What we're looking for: Proven experience supporting C-suite executives or founders. Expert diary management, meeting governance, and end-to-end project management. Exceptional written and verbal communication. Proactive, independent, and able to prioritise under pressure. High discretion, emotional intelligence, and diplomatic stakeholder handling. Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, ClickUp/PM software, WhatsApp/Slack. Nice-to-haves: Experience in luxury, creative, or founder-led businesses. Familiarity with CRM, Shopify, or professional social media communication. Event coordination or light finance experience.
