Role – We are seeking a visionary Enterprise Architect – Agentic AI to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-wide autonomous AI and Generative AI solutions. This is a strategic role working at C-suite level to shape the AI roadmap, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, ethically governed, and fully aligned to business transformation goals.
You will define the future of agentic AI within the enterprise , working across architecture, AI engineering, data, security, and business domains to introduce next-generation AI capabilities that deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:

• AI Strategy & Roadmap
  
  • Own the enterprise architecture vision for Generative AI and Agentic AI, defining the strategic roadmap and aligning it to business and digital transformation objectives.
• Architecture, Design & Governance
  
  • Design secure, scalable, cloud-native architectures for autonomous and multi-agent AI systems.
  • Define AI governance, design principles, lifecycle management, observability and interoperability standards.
  • Ensure seamless integration of AI systems with core enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, Data & Analytics).
• Technology Leadership & Delivery Oversight
  
  • Evaluate and select AI engineering frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen) and platform components within Azure (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio/Foundry, Databricks).
  • Lead architecture across the full delivery lifecycle, supporting engineering teams through build, deployment, testing and productionisation using AIOps and LLMOps best practices.
• Data, Integration & Readiness
  
  • Partner with Data Engineering teams to ensure robust data pipelines and contextual data foundations for AI agents.
  • Oversee the design of enterprise-grade data, integration and MLOps patterns to support scalable AI workloads.
• Security, Ethics & Risk Management
  
  • Embed Ethical AI, security-by-design, privacy, and regulatory compliance across all AI architectures.
  • Define risk controls, safe-use policies and human-in-the-loop governance for autonomous agents.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership
  
  • Partner with C-level, Business, Product, Data Science and Engineering leaders to identify high-value AI use cases and ensure adoption.
  • Lead organisational change, operating model evolution, and education programmes to drive AI maturity.
• Innovation & R&D
  
  • Continuously scan market trends, emerging technologies and research in Agentic AI, LLMs and enterprise AI patterns.
  • Introduce forward-thinking AI capabilities and identify new business-value opportunities.

Key Skills:

• 10+ years in IT, including 5+ years in Enterprise Architecture and 3+ years in AI/ML
• Hands-on expertise designing agentic or multi-agent AI systems and Generative AI solutions
• Strong knowledge of Azure cloud-native architecture
• Practical experience with Python-based agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen)
• Deep knowledge of AI governance, data security, MLOps/LLMOps
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at C-suite level
• Proven track record of delivering scalable AI solutions with measurable business value
