General Manager Requirements:

- Highly self‑motivated, reliable, and proactive, able to work closely with the owners to successfully establish and grow the restaurant.
- Verified, consistent employment history is essential for all applicants.
- A hands‑on General Manager who excels in a fast‑paced, brasserie‑style environment, leads from the front, and is genuinely passionate about becoming the face of this exceptional new venture.
