M&E Document Controller
Use of EDMS
General Project Administration Duties- Reports etc
Track and control incoming and outgoing documents, drawings, RFIs, and technical submissions
Maintain version control to ensure the most up-to-date information is available to the team
Support quality assurance processes by logging and coordinating resolution of non-compliances
Work closely with project managers, engineering teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless document flow
Assiting the Project Managers and Ad Hoc duties. The Ideal Candidate will have the below. Previous experience as a Document Controller, ideally within M&E, construction, or engineering
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in document control software and Microsoft Office
Confident communicator, able to coordinate effectively with all project staff
Based in or commutable to Central London
