The Role
We’re looking for a Creative Media & Production Executive to join their Marketing team. This opportunity is a perfect next role for someone with experience in video and animation design. You’ll create engaging short-form videos and motion graphics, repurposing webinars, podcasts, and expert insights into shareable content. You’ll also manage publishing across digital channels to ensure maximum reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and edit short-form videos for social and web platforms.

  • Create motion graphics (animated captions, transitions, infographic-style elements).

  • Repurpose long-form content into dynamic clips.

  • Manage filming calendar and basic studio equipment.

  • Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, YouTube, and company website.

  • Ensure all assets meet compliance standards.

  • Stay up to date with digital video trends and suggest creative improvements.

Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).

  • Knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools.

  • Familiarity with Canva and strong copywriting skills.

  • Interest in financial services and wealth management.

  • Organised and able to manage multiple projects.

  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

  • Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic team.
