Position Summary:
The Graphic Designer at 1st Shield Security Services is responsible for creating engaging, high-quality visual content that effectively communicates the company’s brand, services, and values. This role supports the marketing and sales teams by producing materials that enhance the company’s visibility and professional image across print, digital, and social media platforms. The designer ensures all visuals align with the 1st Shield brand identity and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Branding & Visual Identity:
  Maintain and develop the company’s brand identity across all media, ensuring consistency in logos, color schemes, fonts, and design standards.
• Marketing Collateral Design:
  Design brochures, flyers, posters, banners, business cards, and other promotional materials to support sales and marketing campaigns.
• Digital & Social Media Content:
  Create engaging graphics, infographics, animations, and videos for social media platforms, website updates, and online advertising.
• Proposal & Presentation Support:
  Work with the sales team to design professional proposals, tender documents, and presentation templates that visually communicate 1st Shield’s services and value proposition.
• Website & Online Assets:
  Assist in designing and updating website visuals, ensuring a modern and user-friendly layout consistent with brand guidelines.
• Internal Communications:
  Design internal materials such as newsletters, staff announcements, and event graphics to support company culture and communication.
• Collaboration & Project Management:
  Work closely with marketing, operations, and management teams to understand project requirements, propose creative solutions, and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Photography & Videography Support (if applicable):
  Capture and edit images or videos for campaigns, company events, and client showcases, maintaining a professional and polished visual style.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Strong creative, visual, and conceptual thinking skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Understanding of branding, layout, and digital design principles
• Experience in designing for the security services or corporate sector is advantageous
• Knowledge of social media content creation and digital marketing trends is desirable
