We are now hiring a commercially driven E-commerce Manager to own the day-to-day trading, optimisation and execution of our website. This is a high-impact role with direct responsibility for site revenue performance.
You will be responsible for the daily trading, merchandising, campaign execution and optimisation of our e-commerce website.

Key Responsibilities
Trading & Revenue Performance
Own daily sales tracking vs targets
Monitor CVR, AOV, traffic & margin performance
Identify revenue opportunities & risks
Action underperformance quickly
Lead weekly trading reviews
Website Merchandising
Own product uploads & collection management
Optimise category sorting & filters
Manage stock visibility & sell-through strategy
Oversee landing pages builds for new launches
Optimise PDPs for conversion
Campaign Execution
Work alongside the website designer to execute campaign setups (homepages, collections, offers)
Coordinate with creative team on asset delivery
QA promotions, discount codes & landing pages
CRM & Retention
Work alongside the content manager and marketing manager to coordinate the email calendar
Lead the strategy around segmentation and send optimisations
Build newsletters & automated flows
Optimise abandoned cart, browse & post-purchase journeys
Grow retention revenue contribution
Analyse & grow LTV & repeat purchase rate
CRO & Optimisation
Develop monthly website testing & optimisation roadmap
Improve site UX & mobile experience
Work with development agency on performance improvements
Monitor site speed & technical issues
SEO/GEO & Content Optimisation
Work alongside the external partner to create and drive the SEO/GEO strategy
Optimise category & product meta data
Improve internal linking
Coordinate blog & SEO content alongside Content Manager
Agency & Partner Management
Day-to-day coordination with paid media agency
Brief new product launches
Align on campaign priorities
Review performance data weekly
Skills & Experience
Essential:
3–5 years e-commerce experience (fashion preferred)
Strong Shopify experience
Commercial mindset & analytical ability
Experience owning revenue performance
Strong CRM/email marketing experience
Strong understanding of web merchandising principles
Experience coordinating agencies
Highly Desirable:
Experience in a startup /scale-up brand
Experience with cross-border selling
Experience with ecommerce logistics & fulfillment
Understanding of inventory impact on trading
