The Role
As our Talent Partner for Product and Design, you’ll take a proactive, market-led approach to identifying and engaging exceptional talent.
You’ll build long-term relationships with high-calibre professionals, developing talent pipelines before hiring needs arise rather than relying solely on active vacancies.
Working closely with Product and Design leaders, you’ll develop a deep understanding of what we’re building, how our teams are evolving and the capabilities we need to hire. You’ll use your market knowledge to shape hiring strategies, challenge thinking and act as a trusted adviser on what great talent looks like.
Product and Design will be your core focus, although you may also support Engineering and other areas of the business as priorities evolve.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build and nurture a strong network of exceptional Product and Design talent.
Develop proactive sourcing and talent-mapping strategies for current and future hiring needs.
Become a market specialist, with a deep understanding of relevant companies, talent profiles and industry movements.
Partner closely with Product and Design leaders to understand their strategy, teams and future capability needs.
Use talent intelligence and market insight to shape hiring plans and raise the quality bar.
Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from defining requirements and engaging candidates through to offer and close.
Deliver a thoughtful, credible and high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Support recruitment across Engineering and other business areas when required.
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience recruiting Product and Design talent within a technology business or specialist search environment.
A proven ability to proactively build relationships with high-calibre passive candidates.
Deep knowledge of the Product and Design talent market, including relevant disciplines, companies and team structures.
Experience partnering with senior leaders as a trusted and credible talent adviser.
Strong sourcing, networking, talent-mapping and market-research skills.
The judgement and confidence to challenge hiring teams and recognise talent that will raise the bar.
Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
A proactive, curious and commercially minded approach to recruitment.
What Success Looks Like
Fresha has a strong and continuously growing network of exceptional Product and Design talent.
Product and Design leaders see you as a trusted partner and genuine market expert.
High-calibre candidates are engaged before specific hiring needs arise.
Hiring decisions are informed by strong market insight and a clear understanding of future capability needs.
Each hire strengthens the team and raises the overall talent bar.
