Salary & Career Progression

We believe in rewarding growth and achievement:

• Year 1:
• Starting salary: £16,000 – £19,000
• Upon successful completion of Cert CII (1st anniversary): £23,000 plus bonus
• Year 2:
• Exam bonuses: £250 for each CII Diploma unit passed
• Second anniversary: £25,000 plus bonus
• Year 3:
• Upon completion of ACII qualification: £28,000 plus bonus

Key Objectives & Responsibilities

As part of your apprenticeship, you will:

• Offer and present insurance solutions for both renewals and new business
• Foster team performance through regular communication and problem-solving
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to enhance client coverage
• Achieve or exceed agreed volumes of quotes, sales, and income from various marketing sources
• Understand client business operations, risks, and approach to risk management
• Ensure compliance with local procedures, customer service standards, and FCA regulations

Work & Study Structure

• Location: Office-based in Stratford, East London
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
• Training & Study:
• 2 hours of virtual apprenticeship classes each week plus 1 hour study time
• 3 hours on the job training hours each week

This balance ensures you gain valuable real-world experience while working towards your professional qualifications.
