We are currently recruiting for:
  • A full-time Retail Assistant position within one of our London boutiques (immediate start).
  • Full-time and part-time Retail Assistant positions within our new concession located in a prestigious Central London department store.
OVERVIEW

We are seeking passionate and driven Retail Assistants to join us at Perfumer H. Whether in one of our London shops or our newly opened concession in a prestigious Central London department store, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience and bringing the Perfumer H story to life. As a Retail Assistant, you are naturally passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience, with an infectious eye for detail and unwavering standards.

Your high emotional intelligence allows you to connect deeply with clients, providing exquisite service that cultivates loyalty. While working towards individual targets, you’ll thrive in a collaborative team environment where collective success is celebrated.

With a strong knowledge of the fragrance and beauty industry, you effortlessly convey your passion for the Perfumer H brand, inspiring customers through your expertise and enthusiasm.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for every client.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
  • Maintain stock levels and support inventory management.
  • Develop strong product knowledge across fragrance, home fragrance and body care collections.
  • Assist with events, launches and client appointments where required.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in luxury retail, premium retail, beauty, fragrance, hospitality, or a customer-facing environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
  • A genuine passion for fragrance, beauty, design, craftsmanship, and luxury products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage a diverse clientele.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to take ownership and contribute to team success.
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining high standards.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a growing business.
  • Strong presentation and grooming standards that reflect the luxury positioning of the brand.
