Customer Service & Order Processing Executive – Dental SuppliesLocation: Croydon, Surrey (Office Based) Salary: Up to £30,000 + Up to 20% KPI Bonus Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (flexibility available where required) About the roleAs a Customer Service & Order Processing Executive, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customers receive a first-class experience from order placement through to delivery. Key responsibilitiesProcess customer orders received via telephone, email, website, CRM systems, and other communication channelsManage customer enquiries relating to orders, product availability, deliveries, and account informationEnsure order accuracy and maintain high service standards throughout the customer journeyCoordinate deliveries using both third-party carriers and internal delivery resourcesProactively contact customers to confirm delivery schedules and provide updates where requiredMaintain accurate CRM records and capture valuable customer insightsIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions to support business growthWork collaboratively with colleagues to ensure orders are dispatched efficiently and customer expectations are exceededAbout youWe're looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, positivity, and a genuine passion for customer service. You'll ideally have previous experience in customer service, order processing, sales support, or administration, along with excellent communication and telephone skills, strong attention to detail, confidence using CRM or order processing systems, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
