PGI’s Digital Investigations service line continues to expand, driving our successful growth. This role focuses on client delivery, technical capability development, and ensuring the team consistently delivers high-quality outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations.
The responsibilities of the post are as follows:
· Lead the planning and delivery of engagements to meet revenue targets and forecasted bookings.
· Monitor project financials, including budget adherence, commercial performance, and margin management.
· Ensure delivery quality, including adherence to methodologies, standards, and contractual requirements.
· Track utilisation rates and work with the DI Operations Lead to maximise billable capacity.
· Ensure smooth handovers between sales and delivery to set up projects for success.
· Maintain visibility of the opportunity pipeline and forecast future demand.
· Assess delivery risk for opportunities in the pipeline.
· Own overall delivery quality standards and ensure consistent adherence across all projects.
· Implement and maintain quality assurance frameworks, processes, and checkpoints.
· Conduct regular project health checks and intervene when delivery is at risk.
· Ensure investigative and reporting methodologies and best practices are followed consistently.
· Manage escalations from clients and resolve delivery issues promptly.
· Assess current team capabilities against market needs and future demand.
· Lead technical training initiatives and knowledge-sharing across the team.
· Partner with DI Operations Lead to define hiring needs based on pipeline and capability gaps.
· Ensure new hires are onboarded effectively and integrated into project teams quickly.
· Oversee risk management and escalation processes to protect delivery outcomes and client relationships.
· Work with business development and sales teams to support scoping, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
· Provide regular reporting on delivery KPIs, revenue, and quality metrics to senior management.
· Collaborate with the DI Operations Lead to align delivery and operational priorities.
· Mentor and support delivery staff in commercial and project delivery responsibilities.
· Lead the recruitment process for delivery roles, including interviewing and selection.
· Work with the internal recruiter to build talent pipelines and champion PGI branding as an employer.

· Experience in monitoring the online threat landscape.
· Proven track record in delivering high-quality engagements on time and on budget.
· Experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
· Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
· Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
· Experience managing delivery teams.
· Demonstrated success in building capabilities and developing high-performing teams.
