Our Canary Wharf venue is a lively home for office workers, locals and weekend visitors. With two spacious floors, eleven unique kitchens and three busy bars, the atmosphere is always buzzing with conversation, movement and incredible food. Joining the team here means stepping into a fast-paced, social environment where every shift brings new faces and new experiences. As a Floor Server, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly while making each guest feel welcome and valued.

The role

As a Floor Server at Market Halls, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience. You will:

• Prepare the venue for service and keep the space clean, organised and welcoming
• Greet, engage with and support guests to ensure a smooth, enjoyable visit
• Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain flow and efficiency
• Promote our bars and assist with upselling drinks to enhance the guest experience
• Uphold safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout your shift
• Work closely with the wider team to keep operations running smoothly across both floors
