The practice advises on a broad spectrum of complex cross-border transactions, including private acquisitions and disposals, public takeovers, joint ventures, equity capital markets, and governance matters. • Qualified Corporate M&A Solicitor with 5-7 years’ PQE from a leading UK, US, or international law firm

• Motivated to work on high-value, complex transactions in a fast-paced environment
