About the role: Join PwC's esteemed Global Brand team, where you will influence the visual and experiential identity of one of the world’s most trusted brands. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of PwC’s brand experience, ensuring consistency and innovation across our global network. You'll engage in visual and verbal identity management, contribute to key market campaigns, oversee brand governance and protection, and drive the creative strategy. The position requires a blend of design expertise, technical adeptness, and leadership skills to maintain our brand's excellence in an increasingly digital, AI-driven landscape and outpace emerging competitors. What your days will look like: Leading creative strategy and execution across brand, campaign, physical and digital experiences. Leading the development of scalable digital brand systems and cohesive UI/UX frameworks. Driving high-level creative direction while collaborating closely with leadership, design, product, and engineering teams. Facilitating cross-functional conversations between leadership, agencies, design and technology to ensure feasible and forward-thinking solutions. Maintaining a strong pulse on digital trends, tools, and methodologies to elevate brand and user experiences. With emphasis on any innovations in AI that can aid the design and production process. This role is for you if: You have extensive experience and a compelling portfolio that highlights your expertise in design systems and brand identity. You possess a proven track record in leading and executing creative strategies across diverse brands, campaigns, and digital platforms. You excel in developing scalable digital brand systems and cohesive UI/UX frameworks, creating seamless user experiences. You have a talent for collaborating effectively with leadership, design, product, and engineering teams to steer high-level creative direction. You can influence and align senior stakeholders with innovative creative strategies that advance business goals and reinforce brand standards. You are skilled in mentoring multi-disciplinary teams, fostering a culture of innovation, while keeping abreast of digital trends and advancements in AI.
