Graduate Russell Group Teaching Assistant: About the Opportunity

In this role, you will support students across KS3 and KS4 in your subject area. You’ll help boost attainment, assist with interventions, and make a real difference to their learning journeys.
Graduate Russell Group Teaching Assistant: Your Role
As a Graduate Russell Group Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and challenging lessons across multiple subjects
- Providing 1:1 and small group support to students who need extra guidance
- Assisting with lesson preparation, marking, and classroom organisation
- Supporting students in developing confidence, resilience, and independent learning skills
- Tracking progress and contributing to interventions that help students achieve their potential
Graduate Russell Group Teaching Assistant: Candidate Specification
KPi Education are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Russell Group Teaching Assistant who meets the following criteria:
- Educated to degree level (1st or 2:1) from a Russell Group university in any subject (STEM, Humanities, English, Psychology, or related disciplines)
- Passionate about education and eager to make a difference in students’ lives
- Confident communicators with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire young people
- Patient, resilient, and proactive, with excellent organisation and problem-solving abilities
- Interested in progressing into teacher training, educational psychology, or other education-focused careers
- Previous experience in schools is desirable but not essential
