MonFri, 6:30am 3pm, £15.75 per hour, London Soho Square

40 hours per week

12month fixedterm contract to cover absence

Fooditude are looking for a Kitchen Supervisor who is knowledgeable and passionate about all things food and drink! Our Kitchen Supervisor will work with the onsite catering team to run the lunch and evening dinner service for a workplace restaurant.

We are looking to work with our Kitchen Supervisor on a 12month fixed term basis to cover longterm absence in the team.

Our Kitchen Supervisor will need a vast reservoir of knowledge on how to prepare basic food items and understand a range of global cuisines, along with knife skills and sharp attention to detail. We provide a daily changing menu with exciting dishes and cuisines, so this is the perfect role for a foodie!

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in a kitchen supervisory role, ideally within a highvolume environment

Understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen best practices

Basic cooking and knife skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong leadership and people skills to lead the kitchen service and team

A collaborative team player with strong communication skills

Please note whilst this is a 12month fixed term contract, we may discuss early termination depending on business needs
