Location : Hybrid – 2 days/week in our offices in Manchester or Sheffield

The role
As a Partner Alliance Executive , you’ll play a pivotal role in unlocking public sector opportunities for innovative suppliers who lack direct access to government frameworks. Acting as a strategic connector, you’ll empower these partners to bring transformative solutions to hospitals, schools, councils, and more—by leveraging Insight’s extensive framework coverage.
It’s a commercially driven, sales-focused position where your influence shapes how partners go to market, how deals are structured, and how Insight becomes the preferred route for public sector transactions. You’ll be at the heart of a high-performing, collaborative team, driving real-world impact through technology and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new partners seeking access to public sector opportunities
Promote Insight’s value proposition and influence partners to transact through Insight
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal sales teams
Collaborate with sales to introduce partner offerings and generate leads
Support deal structuring, tender writing, and framework alignment
Ensure supplier agreements are in place to protect Insight commercially
Drive revenue by identifying gaps in supplier offerings and enabling partner solutions
Raise awareness of the Partner Alliance model through training and internal campaigns
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in sales, ideally within the public sector
Exposure to partner management or channel sales is a plus
Strong influencing and relationship-building skills
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand public sector
Ability to articulate values framework clearly to partners and internal teams
Comfortable with technology and able to communicate its value
Enthusiastic, innovative, and open to change.
Understanding of budgets, financial statements, and performance metrics
