What You Will Do
Identify, engage and secure VIP players across global markets, connecting with top audiences in Telegram, Discord, Reddit, crypto forums, gaming communities and other online networks
Build and grow a network of high-value players, uncovering opportunities others miss
Analyse player activity and trends using data, stats and commercial insight to inform recruitment strategy
Act with a hustler mentality, thinking like a trader, ambitious, competitive and driven by results
Own your targets from outreach to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional experience for VIPs
Collaborate with marketing, product and operations teams to align VIP strategies with business growth
Who You Are
Entrepreneurial, ambitious and tenacious, not afraid to hustle for results
Strong analytical thinker with interest or experience in maths, stats, economics or commercial analysis
Skilled networker able to connect with high-value players across multiple online communities
Curious, adaptive and able to uncover opportunities in unexpected places
Self-starter, confident working independently, with one to two years experience, graduates welcome
Passionate about digital entertainment, gaming, crypto or online communities
