  • Collaborate with partners to deliver lead-generation and revenue-driving marketing campaigns across live and digital products.

  • Regularly review marketing plans, response rates, KPIs, attendee demographics and industry best practice, making recommendations and adjustments where required.

  • Oversee community-building and social media strategies to drive engagement and brand affinity.

  • Work closely with Digital and Data teams on database management, segmentation and GDPR compliance.

  • Manage marketing budgets, raise purchase orders and liaise with Finance on reporting requirements.

  • Manage the planning and execution of the visitor registration process.

  • Be responsible for the delivery of delegate and visitor targets, attendee revenue generation and pricing strategies.

  • Support senior stakeholders in executing broader portfolio and business development strategies.

ABOUT YOU:
You’re a confident, commercially minded marketer who enjoys working in a fast-paced, marketing-led environment. You’re comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and enjoy leading and developing others.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within B2B events, technology and/or eCommerce.

  • Experience contributing to the development of insight-led marketing plans and translating strategy into effective multi-channel campaigns.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

  • Demonstrable experience line managing and developing direct reports.

  • Experience delivering and optimising digital marketing campaigns, including use of tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.

  • Understanding of data protection regulations and best practices in email marketing and data sharing.

  • Commercial awareness and the ability to deliver sales-led, revenue-driving marketing activity.

  • High attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • Flexibility to work extended hours around key event periods.
