English Teacher | Camden (Independent Secondary)
We are working with an elite independent school in Camden to recruit a passionate English Teacher for a permanent, full-time role. The school is celebrated for its commitment to the arts and humanities, fostering a culture where literature is at the heart of the community.
The Role The successful candidate will teach English Literature and Language across KS3, GCSE, and A-Level. The department values a diverse and challenging reading list, encouraging teachers to bring their own academic specialisms into the classroom to inspire a new generation of critics and writers.

Responsibilities
Teaching scholarly English lessons that focus on critical analysis and historiography.
Leading extracurricular societies such as creative writing, journalism, or debating.
Providing high-quality feedback to support pupils in achieving top grades at GCSE and A-Level.
Actively participating in the pastoral life of the school as a form tutor.
Requirements
QTS and a strong academic record in English Literature.
The school is unable to offer visa sponsorship; candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
A valid enhanced DBS check.
Salary M1 – UPS3 (£40,317 – £62,496) per annum.
