Located in the heart of Barnet, our nursery is set in a spacious, purpose-designed building filled with natural light, engaging play areas, and a warm atmosphere where both children and staff feel inspired. The setting is well connected by local bus routes and just a short walk from Totteridge & Whetstone and Oakleigh Park stations. 🌱 Your Responsibilities As a Nursery Assistant, you’ll be a key part of a caring and committed team that’s passionate about providing outstanding early years education. Your daily role will include: * Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0–5 * Engaging children through fun and educational play-based activities * Supporting daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and nap times * Working collaboratively with colleagues to plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate learning * Observing and recording children’s progress and behaviours * Communicating clearly with parents and guardians about their child’s development * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of attendance and incidents ✅ About You We’re looking for someone who is not only qualified but truly passionate about supporting children’s early development.
