Your responsibilities

As Managing Director of thyssenkrupp Materials TradingTianjin Co., Ltd. in Tianjin you are part of the global leadership team andresponsible for the overall business success of the company with 10 employees

You are responsible for the commodity and steel tradingbusiness in China and to drive successful cross-regional collaboration withcustomers, suppliers and our group companies globally

In strong cooperation with the local CFO, you identify growthopportunities, ensure the efficiency and profitability of business activities,and implement successful risk management

You lead a high-performing team, create a respectfulcorporate culture, a motivating work environment, and promote employeedevelopment

Your leadership skills are defined by transparentcommunication of company goals and strategies, as well as the establishment ofclear performance standards and expectations

You ensure compliance with country-specific and companyinternal regulations, as well as legal requirements at all times

You report to the global Chief Executive Officer ofthyssenkrupp's international trading business headquartered in Germany

Your profile

You have several years of experience in commodity trading(raw materials and finished products) in a leadership role, such as VicePresident, Sales Director or Sales Manager

You enjoy operational trading activities in an internationalenvironment with a hands on mentality and proven success in developingcompanies

You have in-depth knowledge of risk hedging and stay up todate with current market developments, and country-specific market regulations

Your leadership qualities are characterized by cooperation,motivation, and assertiveness, always acting with respect and as a role model

You remain calm and composed even in challenging situations,demonstrate strong negotiation skills and are confident in communicating withinternal and external stakeholders at various levels

In addition to a high level of self-motivation, you exhibitstrong performance orientation combined with reliability

You are willing to relocate to China, open for internationalbusiness trips,and fluent in written and spoken English
