Premises Manager
Are you an experienced and proactive Premises Manager looking for your next challenge? Join our friendly and dedicated team at Bexley Grammar School, a thriving secondary school in the heart of Welling with 1,500 pupils.
Following the retirement of the post holder, we seek to appoint a Premises Manager with effect from 17 November 2025 , who will play a crucial part in the smooth running of our school, ensuring our buildings and grounds provide a safe, secure and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors. The successful candidate will manage our site team, oversee all aspects of site maintenance, and take a lead role in health and safety compliance.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience managing school or similar premises
- A strong understanding of health and safety regulations
- Excellent organisational and team leadership skills
- A proactive, practical approach to problem-solving
- A flexible attitude with regard to working hours as some evening/weekend working may be required
