HR Assistant - UK

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant
to join our team. The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist in
various HR functions. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the
ability to maintain confidentiality.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and preparing necessary documentation.
- Support HR team with employee benefits administration, such as enrollment and changes.
- Assist in the coordination of employee training and development programs.
- Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in an HR administrative role is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Valued Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Experience in supporting recruitment activities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Physical Demand and Work Environment:
This position primarily operates in an office setting and must be able to work at a computer for extended periods.
