Operational Risk Manager
Job description
***OPERATIONAL RESILIENCY MANAGER *** A leading financial service firm requires an experienced Operational Resiliency Manager to join their busy London team. Working with key stakeholders and industry participants, the successful candidate will be a key London team leader.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN OPERATIONAL RESILIENCY MANAGER
- Lead technical exercise programmes and drive enhancement actions
- Support the design of stress-testing scenarios
- Support governance through minute taking and actions plans
- Draft finding reports and deliver responses
- Enhance/maintain the operational resiliency framework
- Maintain internal calendars, co-ordinate events, maintain the internal risk register and support wider policy initiatives.
QUALITIES & ATTRIBUTES OF AN OPERATIONAL RESILIENCY MANAGER
You will have proven operational resiliency and project management experience ideally gained through the banking and/or financial services sectors. Salary £up to £70K plus bonus, benefits and hybrid working.
